About Me

Jax Dance Hip Hop School was launched in 2003 and within weeks classes were packed. It became a very successful and amazing dance school that ran for 11 years. Then I took a break to have two beautiful girls. I'm returning as my love and passion for dance is still strong and it is not a surprise that fitness goes hand in hand with dance.  

Now as a qualified Dance Teacher and Personal Trainer I can offer a greater range of activities. 


Over the years I've been extremely lucky to have some great opportunities such as training with today's celebrity dancers Jimmy Williams, Sisco Gomez, Turbo, Mechanicool and performed live on stage with Banksy.

Having been a dancer for many years it has given me the know-how to keep a body fit and in shape. Then with 2 pregancies close together I had to discover what it was like to gain a stone or two, well three if I'm honest!! Then worked very hard to loose that weight. 


 I've also been a runner since a very young girl.  As a young adult I challenged myself with military assault courses and local running races, then as I got older discovered Pilates and Yoga to bootcamps.  Plus for some fun chill out I try to get to a Ceroc, Salsa or attend Ballet Barre class. 

Now I get the privilege to train a variety of ladies, all who work extremely hard.  Clients range from 30 years - 65 years old and each one has their own challenges yet inspires me with their determination and hardwork every week.

 I have provided workshops for groups such as Kids Birthday Parties, School Workshops, Drama Clubs, Hen Do's, First Dance for Bride and Groom and even teaching Young Farmers to dance! 


I am able to motivate and teach even the most left footed person. Awesome dance routines are taught in a fun and upbeat manner, boosting self-confidence. At the end everyone is dancing, looking cool and stylish!

Choreography for each event is bespoke. For example using Birthday Girl or Bride's favourite music and style of dance - no-one else will have it!
